My name is Natasha Nejman. Born in Moscow, raised in Berlin, and now living in London, I’ve been pursuing my passion for art for over ten years. I hold an MA from Sotheby’s Institute of Art, which has deeply informed my appreciation for both traditional and contemporary artistic practices. My work is rooted in a love for traditional portraiture and natural forms, often brought to life on large-scale canvases. I specialize in oil and acrylic painting, with the use of gold leaf as a defining element of my style.

I’ve always been captivated by the interplay of detail and texture in art. Over time, my practice has evolved to incorporate more expansive and contemporary techniques, blending meticulous oil painting with the reflective brilliance of gold and silver leaf. These metallic elements create ever-changing surfaces that shift with the light, adding depth and dimension to each piece.

My portfolio ranges from custom portrait commissions to interior statement pieces featuring floral and nature-inspired motifs. The bespoke use of color and texture in my work allows me to tailor each piece to its subject and setting, creating art that resonates personally with my clients.
